Q1:Not sure what size do I need to order?

If you're not sure what size to buy, we suggest using the measurements of an item you own and comparing them to stats in our size chart to find the best fit.

Please note the measurements shown on the size chart are the dimensions of the finished garment.

Q2:Why am I not receiving the 50% discount as advertised for the Buy 3 get 4th 50% off?

The one with the lowest price among the 4 items you purchased will enjoy a 50% discount automatically.

However, please note that all event discounts such as Buy 2 get 2nd 20% off, Buy 3 get 4th 50% off, flash sale, etc., are mutually exclusive, and invalidated if a discount code is applied.

Q3. Why do I not enjoy free shipping?
Please verify if your order reach the minimum thresholds after all the discounts have been applied. Additionally, please note that final-sale items are not eligible for free shipping.

Q4. Can I make a change to an order I just placed?
Once you have submitted an order, it cannot be modified online. If you need to make any changes including modifications to products or addresses, please reach out to us online or via service@japan-tiger.com, and our team will be glad to assist you before your order is shipped.

Shipping

Q1: Where are the products shipped from?

Your orders will be shipped from one of our warehouses located in the US, EU, or Asia. The specific warehouse will depend on the availability of stock and your delivery address.

Q2: Can you ship the order in one package?

Items are prepared by different warehouses on our website, so they might be shipped separately. The good news is that there won't be any extra shipping fees for separate shipments. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Q3. When will I receive my order?

Typically, you are expected to receive your package in 5-8 business days with express or 8-12 business days with Standard shipping. Please get more details in the Shipping & Delivery.

Q4. Why hasn't my package's tracking information been updated for a few days?

One of the most common reasons is that the package is being held by customs for inspection. Please do not worry, the tracking information will resume updating after release from the custom.

Return

Q1. How do I request a return?

We accept return applications within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please follow the process below to process your returns: 

1.Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a request in your account. Alternatively, you can email us at service@japan-tiger.com. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2.Our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours and process your return request.

3.Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely. Put the return address you received from our customer service representative onto the package.

Q2. Should I pay for the return shipping fee?

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Q3. What should I do if the Item I received is damaged or defective?

Please contact our Customer Service and send us clear photos showing the damaged items. We will definitely deal with your problem properly.
